Our Client is a diverse, global business committed to excellence throughout its operations. From its SSC for EMEA It is seeking to appoint an individual to champion its drive for changes within its organisational structure through a process of continual improvement and individual initiatives. You will focus attention to these changes and foster strategic partnerships with stakeholders. You will build and maintain strong links with business leadership teams and monitor the progress project teams are making and changes to the project objectives.
You will have experience in multi-site businesses and have a flair for successful project focused initiatives, capable of facilitating and influencing change management processes on a global scale. You will preferably have another European language and be able to travel extensively.
