Our client, a provider of Corporate Recovery and Personal Insolvency solutions is looking to introduce a Corporate Recovery Assistant Manager to facilitate growth within the business. You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of live cases and the supervision and coaching of junior members of staff. As an assistant manager you will take a fuller role in marketing activities with managers, including input into marketing planning. You will possess excellent communication skills as assistant managers will be involved in the relevant aspects of management meetings. The incumbent will also cover for management on those days when no managers are present in the office and will be expected to contact the appropriate person should any important issues arise. It is expected that Assistant Managers will form the first point of contact for any junior staff with issues relating to their workload and that they will communicate between themselves to find the best way of dealing with any such issues.
