Responsible for drafting IVA’s.
Taking responsibility of the proposal until the meeting with the Creditors has taken place.
Recognising individual targets and achieving targets for the benefit of the company.
Liaising with clients and creditors to obtain correct information for the proposal.
Ensuring all work is correct and checked by a colleague or Team Leader.
Managing a workload in order to strive to meet company standards.
Offering professional advice to clients by taking ownership of clients requests.
Drafters will be expected to adapt towards change and improvement that are implemented by management.
EXPERIENCE:-
You will be able to make decision, work with accuracy, have good understanding of the insolvency industry, be able to communicate at all levels and have the ability to work in a pressurised and target driven environment.
