To make and receive calls in order to generate leads.
Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company and pass these onto the other area’s of the business.
· Experience of working in a high volume, targeted, outbound calling environment
· Basic computer knowledge/technological skills
· Experience of working on a dialler
· Good verbal communication skills
· Be able to quickly recognise signals of a disgruntled customer and be able to respond appropriately
· Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
· Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands.
