To monitor and review the output of the Variation Drafters and the Annual Reviewers and to provide coaching and development support to Supervisory Operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReview· To review variations and annual reports to ensure they are accurate and correct, before they are sent to the relevant parties.· To ensure variation drafters and annual reporters adhere to the process.· To provide feedback to team managers on draft quality and other issues arising from the reviewsCoaching & Development· To provide coaching and development support to variation drafters and annual reports, to improve performance and draft quality.· To provide support to the technical training of account managers.Technical Queries· To provide technical support to all staff on the floor.· To respond to technical queries from debtors and creditors· To recognise when a decision needs to be made by a senior colleague and refer the query to them.· To cascade technical knowledge and developments to the floor.Other Responsibilities:· To provide team management support to Supervisory Technical Manager.KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE· Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent incl. Maths & English· Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (or studying towards)· Preferably in a Supervisory role, with experience in drafting variations and/ or annual reports and of dealing with technical queries received from debtors and creditors· Proven IVA experience· In depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook· Strong technical knowledge and good numeracy skills · Demonstrates a keen eye for detail.Please note that we offer candidates and client’s an excellent service encompassing a full 360 degrees experience.
