Job Purpose
To support the IP as a trading IVA specialist dealing with allocated case loads and supporting the customer and creditors through the IVA process
Key responsibilities
· Drafting and reviewing IVA Proposals to clients creditors in support of an application to enter into an IVA including business cash flows
· Carry out telephone interviews prior to the client consultation
· Successfully negotiate IVA proposal through client & creditor contact - MOC
· Compliance – Ensure all work and communications are completed within a legal and regulatory guidelines, Treating Customers Fairly and Company Standards
Key Skills & Experience
· Ideally 2 years experience in IVA market, preferably self employed IVAs
· Studying towards or obtained Certificate of proficiency Insolvency preferred but not essential
· Understanding of business accounts and cash flows
